Backes & Renner Wedding

This past weekend I worked with a couple from Dickinson, Channing Renner and David Backes were married at Evangelical Bible Church on Saturday, August 20th.
I wanted to show you a little sneak peek of the photos and there are many, many, many more to come!

Expecting Baby Hanel

As Jen & Mike were awaiting their arrival of their first born, they contacted me to see if I'd capture this time in their lives. There is nothing like the movement of a baby in the belly and it is such an amazing gift from God. Mike & Jen understand this gift from God, as they waited to become pregnant. I had tears in my eyes when Jenny told me that she was pregnant and I know she is going to be such an awesome Mommy and I'm so happy that they now have this precious gift. 

During our shoot I kept hearing, "If we keep this up we're going to make another!" (referring to all the kissing I had them doing) We had a blast shooting and and absolutely beautiful summer day.

Mr. Brady has made is journey into this world and I'm so excited to see him as we are organizing for our newborn session! I just can't wait to hold him! Mommy, Daddy and Baby are all home and have been busy with visitors stopping by. Here is a few pictures from our session and once again Congratulations Mike & Jen, I can't wait to get my hands on him!!!!

Busy Bee

Today we walked to the park with the daycare kids and while we were playing the kids spotted a bee and as I was watching that bee work it made think about the phrase "Busy as a Bee", so I looked up what they have to say about it:

Meaning

Very busy

 Hardworking, very industrious,

It makes me think of all parents, It seems we all at some point in our life can relate to this phrase, "Busy as a Bee". Lately I've been feeling like a working bee! I finished up the wedding video of Clint & Nicole, which you can see in the previous post.

I've pushed out a few portraits as well and I've got some of those to show you.
Alyssa & Henry met while attending school at Dickinson State and they asked me to capture this special moment in their lives. Congratulations to you both and all the best in your future!

Kari will graduate from NEHS and the crazy thing is that she was in Kindergarden if not preschool when I graduated high school. I'm feeling my age ;-D She has become such a beautiful lady inside and out. Thanks for taking your pictures with me Kari!

I'm starting to wind down on the wedding craze season and I have about one month booked heavy and then it'll be a little more quiet as far as shooting anything new. Then Family Sessions, Senior Sessions, etc will pick up. I've got a few on the board that want to shoot when we start pushing into fall.
